c. By using the Games, Users accept this policy and the use of their information as described. If the User does not agree with this policy, the User should not use the Games.

"Personal Information" is defined as any information about an identifiable individual, and may include name, mailing address, e-mail address, username, telephone number, government identification numbers, cookie ID, Internet protocol address, location data, game performance, game time, game scores, locations visited in games, and use of other various game features.

a. All information collected is anonymized to the extent possible and is not intended to reveal the identity of the user.

b. Raccoon Logic may use the information collected to analyze sales and application performance of the Games, distribute relevant and requested information regarding the Games or services provided by Raccoon Logic, respond to comments and questions, operate and improve the Games, and inform decisions regarding Raccoon Logic's Games, services, products and business development.

c. We use your information to provide, maintain and improve our services, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical analysis and surveys. We also use your information to provide you with the services you request, develop new services, suggest personally relevant features, offer you personalized content, allow you to participate in interactive features, manage your account, provide you with personalized advertising, send you promotional materials from us or our trusted affiliates and business partners, ensure the security of our services, operations and users, comply with applicable laws and regulations, prevent fraud and protect or exercise our legal rights.

d. Raccoon Logic may disclose relevant information to third parties in accordance with this policy, including subcontractors, service providers, hardware manufacturers and platform hosts, for technical support purposes.

e. Raccoon Logic does not sell the information collected.

Due to the distribution methods by which Raccoon Logic provides its Games to the User, information may be automatically collected, stored and used by various third parties, including, but not limited to, Google, Meta, Sony Interactive Entertainment, Microsoft, Valve Corporation, Epic Games and other video game console or platform host manufacturers.

b. This information may be automatically provided to Raccoon Logic by third parties, is not permanently stored by Raccoon Logic and may be used in accordance with this policy.

c. For more information about the collection, storage and use of User information by various third parties, Users are encouraged to review the privacy and data use policies of said third parties and to contact the appropriate contact channels with any questions, comments or concerns.

a. When providing customer service to game users, Raccoon Logic may collect information such as name, e-mail address, hardware specifications and various game analytics.

b. Information collected as part of customer service is used to assist the User in resolving various game-related issues, and may include troubleshooting, performing diagnostics and sharing such information with relevant third parties, such as hardware manufacturers or platform hosts.

a. You may have the right, in accordance with applicable law, to request access to, correction or deletion of your information. To do so, please contact us in writing at privacy@raccoonlogic.com.

b. As a result of your exercise of these rights, we may no longer be able to make available to you certain features and functionality of our services.

a. Your information will be retained only as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes set out herein and in accordance with applicable law.

b. Raccoon Logic will make every effort to provide access to users' personally identifiable information (to the extent we have it) provided such request is made in good faith. We reserve the right to deny access to personally identifiable information in cases where granting access is prohibited by law, may violate the privacy of other Users, or is prohibitively expensive.

c. Users who wish to access or request the removal of their information collected by third parties are invited to consult the privacy and data use policies of such third parties and to follow the information removal instructions described therein.

a. The games are not intended for use by persons under the age of 13.

b. Raccoon Logic does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.

c. If the guardian of a child under the age of 13 becomes aware that his/her child has provided information to Raccoon Logic without his/her consent, he/she is invited to contact us in writing at privacy@raccoonlogic.com.
